To break these artificial divides and build collective resilience, a deep sense of mutual empathy—true sisterhood—is absolutely vital.

When one woman can mirror another’s silent tears, recognize the exhaustion beneath her eyes, or carry her unspoken mental burdens as her own, it creates more than just sympathy; it builds an unshakeable sanctuary.
